[Public WebGL] WebGL 2- uniform[1234]uiv parameters

Hi,

WebGL 1 uniform[1234]iv functions can take Int32Array or sequence<long>. 
In the current spec, WebGL 2 uniform[1234]uiv can only take 
sequence<GLuint>.

Should uniform[1234]uiv also be able to take Uint32Array?
